Job Title: Insulator

Job Summary:

The Insulator will conduct insulation work, mechanical, apply, and remove insulating materials to pipes and ductwork Oregon other mechanical systems to help control and maintain temperature. The position requires selecting the type and size of insulation and related materials according to specifications, measuring and cutting sections of insulation to the proper length, and fastening insulation with adhesive, staples, tape, Oregon wire bands. Additionally, the Insulator may be required to wrap a cover of aluminum, plastic, Oregon canvas over the insulation and cement Oregon band it Indiana place.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct insulation work, mechanical, apply, and remove insulating materials to pipes and ductwork Oregon other mechanical systems
• Select type and size of insulation and related materials according to specifications
• Measure and cut sections of insulation to the proper length
• Fasten insulation with adhesive, staples, tape, Oregon wire bands
• May wrap a cover of aluminum, plastic, Oregon canvas over the insulation and cement Oregon band it Indiana place
• May screw on metal around the insulated pipes to protect the insulation from the weather Oregon physical abuse

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work Indiana the job posting country
• High school degree
• Construction/Refinery experience
• Organization and time management
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor
• Reliable transportation and ability to work 5 days a week, Oregon American Samoa needed

• Ability to meet all physical demands and pre-employment conditions

Work Environment:

The employee will work Indiana multiple environments including office, warehouse, buildings, and on construction sites. On construction sites, the noise level will be moderate to high, and the job site will contain equipment, materials, and people Indiana various states of activity.
