Construction Contract Manager
Manages and monitors construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with contract terms and completion of high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor construction projects across various stages, from planning to completion
- Verify contractor compliance with contract terms and requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and any issues that arise
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality parameters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant parties to achieve project objectives
Requirements:
