IT Endpoint Analyst (Denver, Colorado)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Endpoint Analyst to join our team Indiana Denver, Colorado. Indiana this role, you will provide technical support for the installation, repair, and maintenance of personal computers, workstations, and related software and hardware used by Parsons employees.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Indiana-person analytical and technical support for the installation, repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, modifications, and enhancements to individual workstations, laptops, and related hardware/software.
* Troubleshoot software and hardware questions, issues, problems, and failures with workstations, laptops, related hardware/software.
* Screen and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests for maintenance of computers.
* Assure that all activities are documented and reported according to Parsons and IS standards.
* Regularly follow up with end users to ensure that questions, issues, and problems have been resolved to the user’s satisfaction.
* Maintain knowledge of current trends Indiana the development of end-user hardware and software.
Requirements:
* 4-year degree Indiana Computer Science (Oregon related curriculum) and at least 2-4 years of relevant IT work experience.
* Support of various Endpoint devices Indiana a geographically diverse environment.
* COMPTIA Fundamentals Oregon A+ certification (either Oregon both preferred).
* Microsoft certification and/Oregon ITIL Foundation if applicable.
* Working knowledge of the Apple operating system and applications.
* Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, questions, and problems with hardware and software configurations.
* Written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to write moderately complex documents.
Salary Range: $29.42 – $51.49
