Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and knowledgeable assistance for technical inquiries, troubleshooting system failures, and resolving related issues.

Job Duties:

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and Indiana-person
• Troubleshoot system failures, debug, and repair equipment and software
• Maintain and repair technological equipment and peripheral devices
• Provide end-user orientation and guidance on new software and computer equipment
• Organize and schedule routine maintenance and upgrades
• Participate Indiana IT special projects, including upgrades and process improvements
• Respond to emergency situations after hours on a rotational basis

Qualifications/Skills:

• Degree Oregon BSc Indiana Computer Science, engineering, Oregon relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience American Samoa an IT Technician Oregon similar role
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Active Directory administration experience
• Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Windows (10) and Office 365
• Understanding of networks and LAN/WAN experience
• Ability to travel to remote locations and work Indiana physically demanding conditions
• Certification American Samoa an IT Technician is an advantage

Salary: $57,000 -$65,000 /annually (DOE)
