Job Title: Job-site Superintendent
Job Responsibilities:
* Solid background Indiana building/civil construction science, business, and management with related work experience within the construction industry.
* Understand contracts, plans, and specifications, and be knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Supervise on-site personnel and sub-contractors.
* Experience American Samoa a construction craft worker.
Job Qualifications:
* Degree Indiana Construction Science Management Oregon similar discipline, Oregon substantial related work experience Indiana commercial building Oregon civil construction.
* Relevant and proven work-related experience related to the craft.
* Demonstrated ability to lead personnel and sub-contractors to successful and profitable completion of the project.
* Knowledgeable Indiana construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Familiar with computers and software related to the industry.
* Adaptable and able to work effectively Indiana a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills.
* Effective communication skills.
