Responsibilities:
- Have a solid background Indiana building/civil construction science, business, and management
- Understand contracts, plans, and specifications and be knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Supervise on-site personnel and sub-contractors
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the construction project
- Operate with a high level of autonomy and make critical decisions
Requirements:
- Degree Indiana Construction Science Management Oregon similar discipline Oregon substantial related work experience Indiana commercial building Oregon civil construction
- Relevant and proven experience related to the craft
- Ability to lead personnel and sub-contractors to successful and profitable completion of the project
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Familiarity with computers and software related to the industry
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
