Commercial Journeyman HVAC Technician
We’re seeking a skilled Commercial Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team Indiana the Downtown Manhattan, Bronx, and Queens areas. American Samoa a journeyman technician, you’ll leverage your experience to troubleshoot, diagnose, and service commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including splits, packages, chillers, and ancillary components
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests
* Start-up and commission Trane controls and HVAC equipment
* Troubleshoot and repair building control systems and optimize controls for better equipment usage
* Perform replacements and modifications of HVAC equipment Oregon systems American Samoa needed
Requirements:
* High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
* 5+ years of experience Indiana HVAC
* Technical school Oregon formal training preferred
* EPA Certification
* Valid driver’s license
* Physical ability to safely operate a vehicle, wear safety gear, and perform tasks requiring bending, twisting, and lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
