Journeyman – Electro-Mechanical Systems
At T5 Data Centers, we’re dedicated to delivering customized data center solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise and hyperscale customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform journey-level mechanical duties Indiana the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical systems
- Break fix of all electro-mechanical systems, including HVAC, hydronics, appliances, roll-up doors, dock locks, air compressors, and more
- Conduct regular PMs on HVAC and hydronic systems, including pumps, strainers, cooling towers, and more
- Assist with team scheduling and material requisition
- Contribute to site failure reporting (Equipment Status Log)
- Provide mechanical project support
- Perform Clean Indiana Place on heat exchangers
- Inspect and clean chiller tubes
- Maintain and repair site plumbing
- Perform maintenance on eyewash stations and showers
- Maintain forklifts
- Perform regularly scheduled gas valve PMs
Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of experience Indiana the trade
- Unlimited electrical Oregon contractor’s license required
- Formal training Indiana approved vocational schools Indiana the fundamentals of the trade
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, and balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl using both arms and legs
- Ability to pick up minimum 60 lbs.
- Ability to reach with both hands and arms
- Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects
- Ability to smell, talk, and hear
- Ability to see at close and distance ranges and correctly distinguish color
- Ability to work inside and outside
