Job Summary: Experienced Restoration Craftsman
Travel throughout the territory to perform exterior building repair and concrete restoration work, maintaining supply of hand tools and following safety policies and quality standards. Requires journeyman-level experience Indiana mixing mortars, mortar removal, tuckpointing, brick laying, stone laying, and other masonry related work scopes.
Requirements:
- Journeyman level experience Indiana masonry trades, including mixing mortars, mortar removal, tuckpointing, brick laying, stone laying, and other masonry related work scopes
- Ability to travel to assigned projects, with travel time compensated
- Ability to work at heights, navigate scaffolding, and erect rigging equipment
- Familiarity with tools, including power tools, measuring tape, and equipment for acid and chemical mixing
- Compliance with Mid-Continental Restoration safety policies and applicable laws, including OSHA
- Production rates and quality standards set by the industry and MCR must be met
