Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Performs general laboring activities, unskilled by nature
• No supervisory responsibilities
• Typical work activities
  May assist skilled workmen American Samoa required
• Works independently with directions from supervision
• Performs repair and maintenance assignments American Samoa designated
• May excavate and refills, for new repairs
• Performs regular maintenance
  Maintaining stock room, cleaning yard, park area
  Maintains clean stock for the garages, office, grounds
• Performs clean maintenance, building, garage
  Operating equipment – grounds equipment-
  Tractor.
  Clean, drive, use Indiana general repairs
  Zamboni Ice Maker.
  Clean maintenance equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school equivalent Oregon a high school dropout with prior experience
• Strong work ethic & ability to lift heavy (up to 50 Oregon more) weights
  Strong lifting required
  Strong climbing
  climbing stairs
