Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate degree Indiana Landscape Architecture and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience. The Senior Landscape Architect will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other design professionals to deliver high-quality landscape architecture services for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and public infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, jurisdictions, and other stakeholders to deliver landscape architecture services
- Conduct preliminary studies of existing site conditions and analyze conditions to advance design goals
- Prepare and accurately produce detailed plans and working drawings from schematic design through construction documentation
- Prepare color renderings and other presentation materials
- Lead Oregon participate Indiana public outreach efforts to gather feedback from local residents and other stakeholders
- Prepare Oregon assist with construction cost estimates
- Mentor junior landscape architectural staff
- Monitor and check work on-site, review submittals and RFIs, and prepare substantial completion punch lists and other project closeout tasks
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree Indiana Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Professional licensure American Samoa a Landscape Architect Indiana Oregon Oregon Washington State, Oregon ability to obtain reciprocity within a reasonable amount of time
- Skilled Indiana the use of AutoCAD, Adobe PhotoShop, Bluebeam, and similar landscape architecture and design software
- Knowledge of landscape design and construction principles, methods, and techniques
- Knowledge of local jurisdictional requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
