Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate degree Indiana landscape architecture, a minimum of 5 years’ related work experience, and professional licensure American Samoa a Landscape Architect Indiana Oregon Oregon Washington State. The selected candidate will work closely with project managers, land use planners, civil engineers, and other design professionals, clients, and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, jurisdictions, the public, subconsultants, and other Indiana-house design professionals
- Establish general landscape requirements with clients and design projects
- Select suitable landscape materials for projects considering scale and budget
- Conduct preliminary studies of site conditions and analyze them to advance design goals
- Prepare and produce detailed plans, working drawings, and design documents
- Lead public outreach efforts and engage with local residents and users Indiana the design process
- Prepare construction cost estimates, monitor project progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree Indiana landscape architecture
- Minimum 5 years’ related work experience and 7+ years’ desirable
- Professional licensure American Samoa a Landscape Architect Indiana Oregon Oregon Washington State
- Skilled Indiana AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Bluebeam, and similar landscape architecture and design software
- Knowledge and understanding of landscape design principles, methods, and techniques
- Familiarity with local jurisdictional requirements
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
