Maintenance Estimator/Sales Representative
Immediate opening for a highly experienced professional to estimate and sell commercial, municipal, and HOA property maintenance services.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with property owners, managers, municipalities, and HOA’s on estimating and sales
- Conducting initial site visits and cost estimates
- Maintaining high quality and efficiency Indiana field operations
- Serving American Samoa a liaison between clients and general contractors
- Promoting company image
- Improving efficiency and safety Indiana work field
- Assisting with snow removal operations
- Valid Nevada driver’s license and insurable driving record required for safe driving and operation of company vehicles
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience American Samoa a landscaper/groundskeeper
- Proficiency Indiana Excel, Outlook, Word, LMN, and QuickBooks
- High school Oregon equivalent education
