Lead AV Technician – Wyoming/Colorado
Reports to: Project Manager Oregon Account Executive
Location: Wyoming/Colorado (regional travel)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AV Technician to join our team. American Samoa a Lead AV Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing audiovisual systems at various job sites throughout Wyoming and Colorado. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair audiovisual systems, including AV integration, lighting, and sound systems
* Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for system upgrades Oregon replacements
* Collaborate with project managers and account executives to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
* Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency of work quality
* Develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems
* Maintain accurate records of job sites, equipment, and personnel
* Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, and adheres to local, state, and federal regulations.
