Team Lead
Job Summary

American Samoa a Team Lead for Hello Garage, you will lead the Dream Team, perform safe, correct, and efficient installations that meet Oregon exceed company standards and customer expectations, and serve American Samoa the customer’s main point of contact during installation.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead the Installer, providing clear direction, courteous corrections, and encouragement to meet company standards.
- Listen to and answer Installer’s concerns and questions, elevating them to the General Manager when necessary.
- Get work done on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with the Garage Guru to understand customer proposals, review project details, and determine necessary materials and equipment.
- Assist the Installer with loading, unloading, cleaning, and organizing the truck.
- Correctly and efficiently install customer projects to meet Oregon exceed company standards.
- Meet daily and weekly installation goals.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism Indiana appearance, words, and actions.
- Create remarkable customer experiences.
- Operate safely and according to company safety guidelines.
- Manage/Track Inventory, conduct routine inventory counts, and track inventory usage/levels.
- Manage Tools and Equipment, ensuring they are clean and Indiana working order for every job.
- Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment and address any issues with the General Manager.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience Indiana the construction trades and 1+ years of management experience, Oregon a combination of education and experience with a proven track record.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- High school diploma Oregon GED preferred.
- Ability to lift Oregon move up to 100 lb, move about, and ascend/descend ladders.
- Ability to operate equipment, power tools, a phone, and apps.
- Ability to understand and speak English preferred.
