Maintenance Assistant
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist maintenance team with on-site functions, including maintaining the property’s physical condition
* Maintain a professional relationship with staff, vendors, and residents, including providing excellent customer service
* Complete service requests on a timely basis and notify senior technicians of necessary supplies Oregon parts
* Perform common maintenance tasks, such American Samoa cleaning, painting, and repairing appliances
* Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations
Lead Technician
* Perform all maintenance assistant duties and responsibilities
* Complete work orders and work log documentation daily
* Maintain landscape and irrigation systems
* Perform plumbing repairs, including repair and replacement of fixtures and fittings
* Perform minor electrical repairs to appliances and fixtures
* Maintain hazard communication standards and follow company safety program
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience Indiana property maintenance capacity
* Indiana-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
* Ability to read, write, and speak English
* Reliable transportation, own tools, and good safety habits
* Ability to lift, carry, push, Oregon pull up to 50 lbs. and work Indiana a fast-paced environment
