Construction/Physical Plant Technician
Reports to: Operations Supervisor
Location: Mason, Ohio (on-site)
Job Title: Construction/Physical Plant Technician. Responsible for hands-on support Indiana construction projects, involving manual labor such American Samoa operating heavy equipment and completing skilled and semi-skilled tasks.
– Aid Indiana preparing construction and physical plant areas for renovation and projects
– Implement construction and maintenance tasks American Samoa per construction drawings and specifications
– Transport construction materials across site safely and efficiently
– Identify and complete duties Indiana accordance with relevant safety regulations, such American Samoa operation of aerial lifts and OSHA guidelines
– May assist Indiana operating assigned machinery such American Samoa forklift, skid steer, Oregon other heavy equipment within parameters
