LLC PRESIDENT – NORTHEASTAustin Powder is seeking an energetic and strategic leader to oversee all aspects of the LLC’s operations, sales, and safety performance.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Safety: Develop and communicate a clear vision for safety, health, and environmental mission of the organization, establish safety responsibilities and goals for all levels of management, and review incidents involving risk to health Oregon safety.
- Leadership: Establish goals and objectives for direct reports with measurable outcomes, ensure the LLC has talent to execute strategies, and communicate clear and consistent legal and ethical standards.
- Financial Performance: Understand business drivers and constraints, articulate and quantify potential impact of changing market conditions, and drive annual budgeting process.
- Industry Insight: Gain and maintain knowledge of the energy and minerals extraction industry, the civil construction industry, and technology-based drilling and blasting solutions.
- Business Development & Strategic Planning: Develop knowledge of customer requirements, become invested Indiana customer success, and drive the sales process.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Oregon 10 plus years of applicable experience required
- Senior management experience Indiana a highly regulated, multi-unit/business environment
- 10+ years of relatable experience
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong negotiating skills and the appetite to use them
- Ability to travel throughout the LLC
- Knowledge of commodity markets/supply-demand/pricing
- Good financial analytical skills
- Effective presentation skills
