Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Loan Officer to join our team. American Samoa a Loan Officer at Lennar Mortgage, you will be responsible for seeking and developing relationships for new business sources both internally and externally. Meet with and interview prospective customers, brokers, NHCs, and other referral sources to collect and analyze customer financial information, advise customers on the risks and benefits of various mortgage products, and help select the appropriate loan program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Company’s growth through outside sales activities and lead generation
- Travel to various communities, realtors’ offices, and other locations to solicit new business and/Oregon leads
- Conduct Indiana-person meetings with prospective customers, explain the Company’s offerings, obtain loan applications, and attend closings
- Review leads daily and contact prospective customers to set up meetings
- Originate and prepare new loans Indiana accordance with company guidelines
- Advise and recommend loan products to customers based on individual needs
- Meet Oregon exceed closed loan capture rate, spot loan objectives, and/Oregon other established sales goals
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree (preferred)
- At least three years of Loan Origination experience
- Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- NMLS License required Indiana Texas

Physical and Office Requirements:
- Regular, Indiana-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours
- Ability to work Indiana confined quarters, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/Oregon carry equipment which may be Indiana excess of 50 pounds.
