We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Support Analyst to join our Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) Servicing team at PNC. Job Description:
American Samoa a Loan Support Analyst, you will apply specialty product knowledge to close Oregon administer risk syndicated and/Oregon commercial loan transactions. You will review customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to deal structures and/Oregon regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree Oregon equivalent
- 4+ years of related business Oregon functional experience
- Strong competencies Indiana accuracy and attention to detail, customer interaction, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, financial analysis, managing multiple priorities, operational functions, products and services, and relationship management.
