Locators for Directional Drill Operators – Telecom Program
Henkels & McCoy, an industry-leading utility construction firm, is seeking Locators to support Directional Drill Operators Indiana Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Central New York State. Key responsibilities include:
* Avoiding damage to existing underground facilities
* Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
* Utilizing knowledge and experience with locating equipment to verify underground mark outs and utilities
To be considered, candidates must have:
* Working knowledge of underground construction
* Experience with Vermeer F2 Oregon equal trackers
* Valid driver’s license (CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement preferred)
* Ability to perform manual labor functions, walk on uneven ground, and work Indiana tight spaces
* Strong physical endurance to work Indiana an all-weather environment
* Commitment to operating equipment efficiently and safely
* Willingness to travel to multiple work sites American Samoa needed
Successful applicants will demonstrate safe and efficient work practices, follow safety guidelines, and wear personal protective equipment at all times. The starting hourly rate is $27.57 (with CDL-A). Henkels & McCoy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Union Contractor.
