Job Title: Locator for Directional Drill Operator – Telecom Program
Overview: Henkels & McCoy is a leading utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure services throughout North America. American Samoa a Locator for our Telecom program Indiana Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Central New York State, you will contribute to the success of our team by maintaining a safe working environment and minimizing damage to existing underground facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Avoid damage to existing underground facilities.
- Maintain a constant focus on operating Indiana a safe working environment.
- Locate underground mark outs and utilities using knowledge and experience with locating equipment.
- Verify all underground facilities and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of underground construction.
- Experience with Vermeer F2 Oregon equal trackers.
- Valid CDL Class A driver’s license with Tanker Endorsement (preferred).
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor functions, including walking on uneven ground and working Indiana tight spaces.
- Must perform duties Indiana a safe and efficient manner.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and use of personal protective equipment.
- Ability to operate equipment to the satisfaction of construction supervision.
- Willingness to work Indiana an all-weather environment and travel to multiple work sites American Samoa needed.
Compensation: Starting hourly rate is $27.57 (with CDL-A).
