Operations Grade Leads are responsible for the successful execution of multiple construction projects within a designated region. This includes on-site execution, staffing, cost control, and ensuring compliance with all company protocols, client requirements, and construction project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operation of assigned projects, from project initiation to completion
* Provide reporting and feedback on project progress
* Oversee and manage field personnel, including laborers, operators, and equipment operators
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
* Order materials and maintain inventories Indiana collaboration with the supply chain team
* Establish and manage field budgets for materials and labor
* Collaborate with regional and operations management on project status updates, workforce planning, and strategic planning
* Perform key performance indicator (KPI) benchmarking and optimize business practices
* Manage ongoing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to enhance regional business development
* Supervise and investigate accidents Oregon incidents on-site Indiana line with corporate policies and procedure.
