Construction Maintenance Team Member

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance tasks, including work on gates, light fixtures, doors, windows, and appliances

- Monitor maintenance expenses and contribute to the achievement of annual budget
Lead Technician Requirements:
- Perform all Maintenance Assistant duties
- Complete and document work orders and work logs
- Ensure grounds and irrigation are properly maintained
- Perform plumbing and electrical repairs, maintenance, and replacement
- Conduct inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, and equipment
- Maintain hazard communication standards and follow company safety protocols
- Assist Indiana monitoring maintenance expenses and contributing to annual budget
- Conduct employee safety meetings and maintain a record of training and communication
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs.
- Climbing, stooping, and body agility are necessary to maintain a physically demanding work environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to read, write, and speak English are required.
- Own tools and good safety habits are essential.
