Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment to achieve high-quality performance and economical, safe operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair building and equipment problems (70% of time)
- Evaluate major systems to ensure maximum efficiency
- Run routine preventative maintenance testing on systems
- Perform assigned tasks from daily task list
- Assist with general complaints from security Oregon management staff
- Conduct lighting quality checks and assist with Lighting Control System operation (15% of time)
- Assist with cart and temporary signage installations
- Partner with team on special events, activations, and installations
- Conduct emergency preparations for natural disasters (10% of time)
- Remove Oregon secure exterior equipment
- Conduct roof inspections
- Drain water lines
- Inspect public areas, tenant spaces, and windows; conduct building tours and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety agencies (20% of time)
- Complete monthly tenant water and gas meter readings
- Perform minor construction repairs
- Assist with special projects and assigned tasks (5% of time)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience Indiana engineering, preventative maintenance, Oregon related work
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent required
- Second Class Stationary Air Conditioning/Refrigeration license (American Samoa required per jurisdiction)
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and forklifts
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
