1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously
2. Oversee the development and scoping of assigned Operations and Maintenance (O&M) capital improvement projects
3. Oversee assigned construction projects from commencement through completion, including planning, construction, and final inspections
4. Ensure the accomplishment of project goals and compliance with the related codes, regulations, policies, and standards.
