Job Description:
Maintenance Laborer
American Samoa a Maintenance Laborer, you will assist the Senior Maintenance Specialist Oregon Maintenance Specialist Indiana performing various maintenance tasks Indiana the repair and maintenance of equipment and buildings.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist with unit turns, inspections, preventive maintenance, repair Oregon replacement of appliances, mechanical, electrical, carpentry, interior and exterior finishes, building envelope, grounds, custodial work, equipment, and vehicles
- Drive to various sites American Samoa assigned
- Perform chemical, mechanical, and thermal pest control
- Function American Samoa a team member for annual Oregon preventive maintenance inspections
- Be available to volunteer to be on call to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Follow all applicable safety procedures, including wearing respirators American Samoa necessary
- Complete daily communications with supervisor and Senior Maintenance Specialist Oregon Maintenance Specialist
- Ensure consistent and real-time updates of Yardi work-orders
- Maintain familiarity with power, water, and gas turnoffs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants
- Maintain a personal log of emergency telephone numbers
