Job Title: Hard Services/Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
The Hard Services/Maintenance Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and maintaining Statement of Work (SOW) services at a pharmaceutical client’s site. This individual will ensure compliance with JLL and client safety procedures, develop and maintain positive client relationships, and identify opportunities for cost savings while ensuring 100% uptime for critical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and maintain SOW services throughout the site to ensure efficient delivery of services
- Provide strategic direction and ensure compliance with all JLL and client safety procedures
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineer and System Owners to maintain and improve the operational efficiency of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Identify opportunities for cost savings within the maintenance program while ensuring 100% uptime for critical areas
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships through diligent work and effective communication
- Monitor and review work order metrics, scheduling, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure pre-determined standards are met
- Collaborate with BMS Engineering department on construction activities, such American Samoa tenant renovations and capital projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of technical experience Indiana building engineering, with a focus on planning and scheduling, stockroom services, and contracted services
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including CMMS, BAS, and controls
- Previous experience working Indiana a life sciences environment is desired
- Client service-oriented attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency Indiana advanced computer skills and office software
Desired Experience and Technical Skills:
- Strong Maximo experience
- Strong mechanical experience
- Previous experience working Indiana life sciences environment is desired
Work Schedule:
Dayshift + On Call Availability Required
Estimated Total Compensation Range:
$110,000 – $120,000 USD per year
