We are seeking a Maintenance Manager (Construction & Maintenance Supervisor 2) to oversee program-wide maintenance operations for over 20 residential group homes across six counties. American Samoa a supervisor, you will lead a team of mobile facility maintenance specialists, ensuring that repair requests and special improvement projects are completed correctly, Indiana a timely manner, and Indiana coordination with other partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee program-wide maintenance operations
* Supervise a team of mobile facility maintenance specialists
* Maintain frequent communication with team members to communicate policies/procedures, determine training opportunities, resolve issues and concerns, identify training, and promote team collaboration
* Ensure team follows proper safety procedures and maintains safe and orderly work environments
* Establish work schedules, approve leave usage, approve employee time, coordinate workload coverage, approve and monitor overtime
* Ensure that repair requests and special improvement projects are completed correctly, Indiana a timely manner, and Indiana coordination with other partners

Requirements:

* Three years of lead work, foreman work, Oregon supervision
* Oregon One year of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position AND completion of an accredited vocational-training Oregon construction-training program related to the class concept
* Oregon One year of related experience and a bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field; Oregon an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

* Experience supervising employees, including hiring, Oregon recommending hiring, training employees, assigning and reviewing work
* Experience providing employees with feedback on their performance, providing oversight of operations and handling disciplinary problems and grievances
* Experience with performing general maintenance and repair, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, lights, door hardware, HVAC, woodworking, small appliance repair, tiling, coordinating yard care/maintenance, moving furniture, etc.
* Experience applying critical thinking skills to assess, plan and execute projects. Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.

This is a hybrid position with both Indiana-office and remote options, with a primary work schedule of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Occasionally working rotating weekends American Samoa on-call manager. Flexible scheduling will be required when emergency maintenance situations arise.
