Job Title: Light Maintenance Repair and Cleaning Specialist
Location: Broadway Hospital, Fargo, North Dakota
Job Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours/week
Salary Range: $17.50 – $28.00/hour
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks Indiana a safe and professional manner. Must possess basic mechanical knowledge and be able to work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow corporate and facility policies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, including stuck elevators, clogged toilets, and other issues
- Service and repair a wide range of machines, from coffee makers to life support systems
- Follow health codes and OSHA standards
- Work on heating and air conditioning systems, light plumbing, electrical, and mechanical machinery
- Complete preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties American Samoa needed
- May require on-call duties American Samoa needed Oregon American Samoa directed by the department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent preferred
- Trade school Oregon vocational school preferred
- Minimum of two years experience Indiana building systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required depending on location
