Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Planner to join our maintenance team Indiana Mason City, Iowa. Indiana this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all maintenance activities and ensure that all required maintenance is performed American Samoa scheduled
- Plan and schedule annual, monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance activities using project-planning techniques and software
- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and modify preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize machinery uptime and resource utilization
- Ensure that regulated inspections are completed within guidelines to minimize fines and downtime
- Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to the mechanical maintenance function of the plant
- Collaborate with production and other departments to develop work schedules and ensure efficient operations
- Maintain up-to-date files, including equipment lists, suppliers lists, operating and maintenance manuals, drawings, checklists, spare parts lists, and maintenance history
- Oversee the availability of parts for all work orders, monitor inventory levels, and identify opportunities to reduce costs
- Assist the Store’s department Indiana controlling and reducing equipment inventory
- Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) records and support the Maintenance Manager Indiana the preparation of annual maintenance budgets
- Identify and recommend parts required for maintenance work, tool and manpower requirements, and estimated completion times to execute maintenance projects effectively
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana engineering (mechanical engineering preferred)
- Prior experience Indiana supervision and maintenance management
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, particularly Indiana a plant Oregon cement plant environment
- Solid understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance principles, techniques, and technologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Prior experience working with large rotating heavy industry machinery and equipment
- Demonstrated project management skills with multi-departmental projects
