Maintenance Planner
Heidelberg Materials is seeking a qualified Maintenance Planner Indiana Mason, Ohio to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure optimal production levels and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to meet production demands and equipment reliability goals
* Collaborate with maintenance teams, operations, and production personnel to identify and prioritize maintenance activities
* Analyze maintenance data and equipment performance to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation
* Develop and manage maintenance budgets and resource plans
* Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and company policies
* Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on new equipment and processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Engineering, Business Administration, Oregon related field
* 3+ years of experience Indiana maintenance planning, operations, Oregon a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Proficiency Indiana maintenance management software and tools
