Heidelberg Materials is seeking a qualified Maintenance Planner Indiana Mason, Ohio. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities across the Mason Mine to minimize equipment downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent planning skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules and work assignments to ensure alignment with the production plan
* Coordinating and prioritizing maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and optimize operational efficiency
* Analyzing data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
* Developing and recommending corrective actions to address equipment performance issues
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and consistent communication
Requirements for this role include:
* High School diploma Oregon equivalent required; Associate’s Oregon Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience Indiana a maintenance Oregon production planning role
* Strong analytical and planning skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
