Job Summary
This is a contract position that involves managing unplanned work orders and creating job plans for maintenance work, including labor, material, equipment, and services. The Fixed Equipment Planner will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and updating job plans accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage unplanned work order backlog by reviewing, clarifying, and grouping work orders for efficient planning and execution
- Complete job plans to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance work, including labor estimates, bills of materials, contract services, and equipment requirements
- Create job packets with necessary documentation, including job plans, technical specifications, and feedback forms
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Specialist Indiana executing emergency Oregon critical priority jobs and provide support for Production to prepare equipment for maintenance activities
- Assist Indiana optimizing spare parts inventory and build and maintain Bills of Materials (BoMs)
- Create purchase requisitions and reservations for necessary materials, equipment, Oregon services
- Identify jobs requiring Management of Change (MoC) and build task lists for recurring jobs, updating them American Samoa necessary
- Continuously update job plans to incorporate necessary changes and improve efficiencies based on feedback forms.
