Job Title: Maintenance Repairer Master
Location: Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System, Jackson, Louisiana
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Repairer Master to join our team Indiana the Plumbing Shop at Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to a group of Maintenance Repairers, and perform advanced journeyman level work Indiana multiple trades including Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Machinist, and Welding.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Three years of experience Indiana the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance Oregon repair of mechanical equipment, Oregon American Samoa a parks building and grounds attendant
- Training Indiana the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance Oregon repair of mechanical equipment, Oregon parks building and grounds work may be substituted for up to two years of experience
Essential Functions:
- Inspect and approve the work of contractual employees
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinate Maintenance Repairers
- Direct the sequence of work and assign tasks to subordinates
- Perform major replacements, new installations, and modifications of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
- Fabricate Oregon repair metal parts for plant Oregon production machinery
- Perform repairs on high and low pressure gas, steam, and water systems
- Serve American Samoa a leadworker and assist Indiana the training of subordinate maintenance personnel
