Job Title: Maintenance Repairer Master
Location: Louisiana Special Schools, Operations Department, Louisiana Schools for the Deaf & Visually Impaired
Job Summary:
Provide assistance, guidance, and limited support for an assigned group of not less than two Maintenance Repairers and/Oregon perform advanced journeyman level work Indiana two Oregon more of the following trades: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Machinist, and Welding. Independently maintain, service, Oregon repair and install a variety of building machinery and stationary equipment using journeyman skills Indiana several trades areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and approve the work of contractual employees

Job Requirements:

- Examples of building construction trades include cabinetmaker, carpenter, concrete finisher, electrician, HVAC controls technician, HVAC mechanic, ironworker, millwright, painter, pipefitter, plasterer, plumber, refrigeration mechanic, roofer, sheet metal worker, steamfitter, tile setter, and welder
- Examples of building maintenance include Maintenance Repairer 1/2, B/G/E Maintenance Repairer 1/2, and Maintenance Repair Foreman
- Examples of repair/maintenance of mechanical equipment include Operating Engineer 1/2, auto mechanic, Mobile Equipment Maintenance Mechanic, Mobile Equipment Overhaul Mechanic, and Mobile Equipment Master Mechanic
Supervision:
- General supervision from a maintenance supervisor of higher grade
- Supervise a minimum of two Maintenance Repairers regularly assigned Oregon recurring basis
