Maintenance Repairman Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Repairman to join our expert bridge maintenance team Indiana the Dauphin County Maintenance area. American Samoa a Maintenance Repairman, you will be responsible for performing skilled trades such American Samoa constructing concrete forms, pouring and finishing concrete, and carrying out stone-masonry tasks.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, fit, and erect concrete forms
- Build wooden structure walls and partitions
- Repair doors, windows, and similar carpentry duties
- Mix concrete for use on site Oregon direct the placement of ready mixed concrete
- Ensure proper finishing and curing of concrete structures
- Cut, fit, grout, and point stone structures American Samoa required
- Perform manual laboring duties using hand tools and motorized hand equipment
- Operate a variety of construction equipment including trucks, loaders, backhoes, and excavators
- Perform pre- and post-operation checks and make necessary adjustments to operate safely and minimize wear
- Act American Samoa a lead Oregon back-up operator for emergency response to snow and ice, storm, and vehicle accidents
Requirements
- Two years of experience American Samoa a Maintenance Repairman 1
- Four years of experience Indiana building and plant maintenance work involving at least two of the building, electrical, Oregon mechanical trades
- Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver’s License
- Ability to perform essential job functions
