Job Summary:
American Samoa a full-time Maintenance Supervisor with Greystar, you will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of our community meet high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests for service, American Samoa well American Samoa routine upkeep on the community.
- Oversee and complete the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins.
- Develop and maintain standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community’s grounds, amenities, and common areas.
- Inspect work performed by other service team members and contractors to assess effectiveness and develop corrective action plans American Samoa needed.
- Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and stay within budgetary guidelines.
- Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures and support cost-cutting and expense control programs.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure community compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and respond sensitively to resident complaints about maintenance services.
Additional Requirements:
- Weekend and on-call rotations required
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently
