Maintenance Support/Laborer
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) is seeking a Maintenance Support/Laborer to join our team at the Orlando International Airport (OIA). This is a B1 level, hourly position with a salary of $16.02 per hour.
Job Description:
American Samoa a Maintenance Support/Laborer, you will provide general labor support to various departments within the Maintenance Department, including other Aviation Authority departments American Samoa needed. You will perform semi-skilled tasks, such American Samoa moving furniture and equipment, material handling, vehicle operation, and grounds policing. You will also assist with personnel and resource allocation to other trades shops and maintenance divisions.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school graduate Oregon equivalent
- At least one year of experience American Samoa a construction Oregon maintenance laborer, Oregon an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to operate various equipment, including flat bed trucks, dump trucks, sweepers, forklifts, and all-terrain vehicles
- Knowledge of essential safety equipment and protective devices, and ability to use basic hand tools and small power tools safely
- Possession of a Florida Class "B" Commercial Driver’s License, Oregon ability to obtain the license within 90 days of hire
- Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
