Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Possess advanced knowledge of machinery repair trade and provide technical support on machinery and tooling repair projects
- Conduct inspections and quality checks of components from outside vendors and internal work to ensure conformance to engineering drawings, standards, and specifications
- Make decisions based on knowledge and experience to determine the best method for completing job tasks
- Interpret precision measurement devices, join surfaces, and fabricate Oregon repair metal parts using various techniques and methods
- Install, test, and repair basic electrical circuits and equipment
- Troubleshoot and correct mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions
- Use fabrication equipment and tools, including forming rolls, iron worker, metal shear, and brake
- Demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
- Read and understand equipment drawing packages
- Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
- Collaborate with others to bring projects Indiana on-time and within budget
Requirements:
- High School Oregon Vocational School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- 5 Oregon more years of experience Indiana an industrial machine repair field
- Welding knowledge and experience
- Machine shop equipment and machining knowledge
- Ability to lift and move items weighing 75 pounds Oregon more
- Ability to work Indiana extreme hot Oregon cold work environments
