Maintenance Technician Job Description
Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property’s physical condition, including performing corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and buildings, American Samoa well American Samoa completing resident service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all business Indiana accordance with established policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and company regulations.

- Complete resident service requests promptly and efficiently, promoting goodwill among residents, prospects, and employees.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, update logs, and comply with EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
- Perform emergency repairs, including clean-up, and ensure timely completion of turnovers.
- Operate and maintain furnace, mechanical equipment, and controls for continuous heat, air conditioning, and hot water.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including completion of Incident/Accident Reports.
- Ensure safety and security of maintenance staff, residents, and property.
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED
- 2+ years of experience American Samoa a Maintenance Technician Indiana residential property management
- HVAC certification required
- CFC Type 2 Oregon Universal certification preferred
- Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, American Samoa well American Samoa carpentry and locksmithing, painting, dry-wall repair, and snow removal
- Must have personal, reliable transportation to respond to on-call emergencies.
