Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is a full-time position responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance on mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, and building systems at Eden Foods’ Clinton, Michigan facility. The successful candidate will be skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced with a strong safety mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment, facilities, and building systems
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
- Monitor and report faulty equipment and potential safety hazards
- Assist with maintenance records, parts inventories, and building safety and security systems
- Participate Indiana construction and renovation projects, property maintenance, and grounds upkeep
- Attend training and perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical aptitude
- 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Functional computer skills
- Preferred experience Indiana food production safety and quality processes equipment maintenance
- Sound moral and ethical professional standards
- Reliable, dependable, and thorough Indiana following up on job assignments
