Job Overview:
Under minimal supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for being highly proficient Indiana the independent assessment, repair, and preventative maintenance work on all equipment within the facility.

- Regular and prompt attendance
- Follows all plant and OSHA safety policies and procedures, reporting all near misses and unsafe conditions to supervisor
- Installs, repairs, and maintains all plant equipment, including new equipment installations and special project work
- Performs safely and adequately under stress when confronted with hazardous, critical, Oregon urgent situations
- Willing and capable of working with, directing, and imparting knowledge to similar and lower-level personnel Indiana the engineering trades group
- Cleans work area and returns all parts, tools, welding rods, etc. to the shop at the completion of job Oregon shift
- Capable of safely using and understanding the use of all tools required Indiana the installation, repair, and maintenance of all plant equipment
- Exercises sound judgment and safely applies learned principles to solve problems
- Performs all required shop math and calculations necessary to complete required tasks
- Communicates with the Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, and other personnel regarding the status/progress of repairs, estimated time of completion, etc.

Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Demonstrate a willingness to continually learn and improve their skills

Physical Demands:
