Essential Functions:
- Replace bulbs and tubes Indiana light fixtures, ballasts and outlets throughout various facilities
- Replace appliances such American Samoa refrigerators, microwaves, air purifiers, etc. American Samoa needed
- Assemble, install, and repair various types of equipment and machinery American Samoa needed
- Paint equipment and other miscellaneous tasks
- Operate tools, equipment, and heavy machinery to perform various tasks
- Participate Indiana construction projects American Samoa needed, performing lightweight construction tasks such American Samoa assembling, fabricating, and installing various components, modules, Oregon modules
- Participate Indiana repair and maintenance of department equipment and machinery, including performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs
- Coordinate moving furniture and heavy materials
- Perform miscellaneous tasks American Samoa required
Requirements:
- 2+ years of construction Oregon maintenance experience
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and design practices
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively American Samoa part of a production team
- Ability to operate a wide range of construction and maintenance equipment and tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
