Experienced Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated and hard-working Maintenance Technician to join our team at Block 2 Lofts, a 145-unit property located Indiana downtown Little Rock. American Samoa a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing work orders Indiana a timely manner, performing make-ready tasks, and maintaining the property’s grounds and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders Indiana a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready/Turning apartments Indiana between resident occupancy
- Painting/Staining interior and exterior applications
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist Indiana coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience Indiana maintenance
- HVAC Certification preferred
- EPA License preferred
- CPO Certification preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/Oregon diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposal
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
