Job Description:
A skilled construction professional is sought for a Maintenance Director position to oversee the physical upkeep and maintenance of a skilled nursing and assisted living facility.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the facility maintains a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Indiana accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

* Conduct regular inspections of storage rooms, workrooms, and utility/janitorial closets to maintain upkeep and safety standards.

Qualifications:
