Maintenance Materials Coordinator
Responsible for managing and tracking inventory for the property’s maintenance department, including materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items, Indiana order to enable efficient and effective completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
Coordinates the procurement and maintenance of inventory to ensure timely and accurate ordering and delivery of materials and supplies needed for maintenance activities.
Manages and maintains accurate inventory records and reports to ensure maintenance team members have access to necessary resources.
