Job Title: Service Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of maintenance experience and excellent trouble-shooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks to diagnose issues and make repairs Indiana accordance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a punch list of maintenance work needed, and scheduling vendors American Samoa necessary.
- Assist Indiana maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing tasks such American Samoa picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing areas, and painting curbs American Samoa needed.
- Complete documentation and paperwork accurately and Indiana a timely fashion to ensure service requests are properly tracked.
- Comply with company safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings, completing required training, and reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.
- May inspect work performed by contractors, vendors, and other service providers to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- 1 year of maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II Oregon Universal for refrigerant recycling
- All certifications American Samoa required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
