Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. American Samoa a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality maintenance work, responding to resident service requests, and proactively identifying and addressing maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will have experience Indiana residential repair and maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs on residential homes
- Respond to resident service requests, ensure prompt and courteous communication
- Complete ProCare visits to identify and repair maintenance issues
- Educate residents on various maintenance topics
- Review and improve Technician-specific reports to drive maintenance efficiency
- Perform repairs on vacant properties during turn process and preparation for market
- Properly manage company-supplied tools and resources
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- OSHA 10 certification (new hires will be provided up to 90 days to complete if not already certified)
- Proven experience Indiana residential repairs and maintenance Oregon related field
- Strong understanding of residential construction and mechanical systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications Indiana EPA, HVAC, Oregon Pool operations
- Familiarity with mobile devices and various mobile applications
- Previous experience working with diverse community groups
