Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction/Commissioning Coordinator to join our Charleston team. This role will assist the Senior Director of Construction Management Indiana providing construction management services for our projects from pre-construction through warranty, including coordinating and overseeing the construction and commissioning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Director of Construction Management Indiana project delivery, ensuring compliance with Greystar’s policies, objectives, and procedures.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Manage construction and commissioning processes, including inspections, testing, and deficiency reports.
- Support project closeout, including warranty administration and deficiency resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and records for all projects.
Education and Experience
- Associate degree Oregon equivalent experience Indiana a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, Oregon related field).
- 2+ years of experience Indiana construction management, commissioning, Oregon related field.
